Are you holding space for others and looking for ways to explore your own leadership edges?
This circle is created with facilitators in mind.
Are you seeking ways to:
listen in community without needing to perform or perfect.
explore the art of holding space in a community of practice
cultivate connection with your own learning journey in the company of others
practice and integrate core skills in between sessions
Listening Circles are small groups that meet for six 90 minute virtual sessions. The Facilitator Listening Circle is for those who hold space for others and are committed to exploring their learning edges as an act of radical care. Facilitation can be isolating at times, so it is essential to find companions with whom you can laugh, question, wonder.
Through poetry, reflection and small group sharing, take time to tend to your inner knowing and questions. Focus on your human being in the midst of doing, holding, carrying. We will weave space together that is conducive to being brave and leaning into where we need to grow. Exchanging stories of lived experiences for deeper appreciation and understanding, our learning edges are explored, not polished. Relational justice is our focus - to support ways to be in deeper relationship with others, self, and place to cultivate showing up and standing with what needs attention.
Circles are virtual and this session will run from 10 - 11:30AM EST on the following dates:
April 8, 29, May 13, 27, June 3, 17
