Here's how to work with us:
Many of us participate in organizations pursuing a vision for collective well-being, but don’t always feel clear about how to practice ongoing well-being in our organizational cultures. Most of us feel a desire at some point in our professional experiences to reconnect with our sense of purpose, deepen trust within our teams, develop resilience in moving through challenges and change together, and ensure that our processes of doing work feel aligned with our core values.
WholeHeart brings 10 years of experience with individuals, groups, and organizational teams consulting, facilitating, and coaching. Applying relational justice principles in organizational cultures is unique and context-specific, and we create a custom approach with each of our clients.
In general, our offerings tend to focus on the following areas of practice:
Staff and Team Development
Cultivate individual practices for self-awareness and wellness.
Support teams to integrate collective reflection, listening, dialogue, and wellness practices.
Facilitate teams through transitions, applying and modeling the use of relational justice practices.
Community Conversations:
Create spaces and facilitate processes for people to listen generously and learn together across differences during periods of visioning, change, or reflection.
Support groups of partners to integrate practices of relational justice into their ongoing collaboration.
