WholeHeart’s Founding Four

In 2013, WholeHeart was born on the magical slopes of Barr Hill in Greensboro, VT. These four women spanning four decades nurtured a powerful vision of a global operating system based on love that continues to ripple out into lives and communities around the world.

Birthing the organization was a process of courage and compassion coming to life and manifested through shared and diverse visions.

Helping others find their voice in courage and compassion - to live wholeheartedly - continues to be the mysterious thread that connects me to the vision, mission and service of WholeHeart.

I’m grateful for you all who keep alive this spirit!

Being part of an organization that embodies its tagline of ‘living on the learning edge’ has been a life-changing experience for me and a source of great hope and inspiration.

It is exciting to see WholeHeart manifesting its big vision and serving as a resource for others who believe in the power of love to ignite conscious social change.

"One of the most calming and powerful actions you can do to intervene in a stormy world is to stand up and show your soul.  Struggling souls catch light from other souls who are fully lit and willing to show it."  Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés

As a lifelong educator, I am heartened by WholeHeart’s commitment to supporting mindful and compassionate learning environments for people of all ages. These are the spaces that help souls catch light. Bravo!

My personal purpose in life is to change the operating system of the world from one based on fear to one based on love.  That inspired WholeHeart's purpose, as I obviously need a lot of help.

WholeHeart has and continues to create a community of practice for me.  May that Loving Community continue to grow with Grace.
