“What is your story now, where is your heart?
This is a one-act play, what’s your part?
In every ending there’s some new start
What is your story now, where is your heart?” Sara Thomsen
At the start of spring, just past the equinox and new moon, we will gather to listen to the stories of our hearts. The new moon calls us to pause, listen and start again. Come gather together on the shores of Lake Champlain to listen in community. Nourish the seeds that are being planted in your heart to live the full story of your soul through this Circle of Trust® retreat.
A Circle of Trust® is an offering of the Center for Courage & Renewal, based on the work of Parker Palmer, a remarkable teacher, activist and author (A Hidden Wholeness, Let Your Life Speak, The Courage to Teach). This retreat is facilitated by two nationally trained C&R facilitators, committed to the intention of reconnecting who we are with what we do.
The retreat will provide:
Space to nurture personal and professional integrity and the courage to act on it
Seasonal reflections to tap into your inner wisdom at the fertile cusp of spring
Opportunities to develop receptive listening practices to lead a more authentic, meaningful & engaged life
Whole group, small group, and individual time to deepen our connection with ourselves & others.
An opportunity to bring life questions to a Quaker-style Clearness Committee
Thanks to the generous support of WholeHeart donors, partial scholarships are available. Graduate credit for teachers is also available through Castleton University. For more information contact Holly Wilkinson - holly@wholeheartinc.org
