In these times when there is so much noise and chaos coming at us, time to pause and listen fortifies our hearts and our well-being. Come join us at the Richmond Free Library for a three hour session of creative expression, reflection, small group shariing to explore new ways of listening. Come once, come monthly. Bring a friend or someone you would like to listen with more fully.

Each Session will focus on a different mode of listening and expression, from poetry, paint, collage, yin yoga, movement and song. Each provide a way of tapping into what may be beyond your ear-sight. You will leave each session with a potential new practice to deepen your accesss your ways of knowing and nourishment in community. These monthly gatherings will be co-faciliatated with local artist, listeners, learners.
