Living with Courage: A Circle of Trust© Retreat

Begin 2025 by tapping into the essence of your courage in the midst of life’s unimagined unfoldings. Strength and vibrancy are at our core, but in this time of chaos and uncertainty, taking time to connect your root knowing, breath, body, and values is essential.

Join us for this three-day in-person weekend Circle of Trust© for the spaciousness to listen deeply, align with your heart core, and nourish personal and collective courage for these challenging times.

Circle of Trust© retreats offer a unique opportunity to slow down, renew and rekindle one's courage. Based on the work of educator and activist, Parker J. Palmer  (A Hidden Wholeness, Let Your Life Speak, The Courage to Teach), and the Center for Courage & Renewal, each circle brings together core practices of reflection and connection to align soul and role.

At the start of the year, together, we will:

  • Create our own personal guidebooks to support us connecting with our unique expressions of courage when we lose our way or need reminders.

  • Nurture personal and professional integrity and the courage to align soul and role.

  • Explore your internal pace, movement, and expression to discern desires and direction.

  • Integrate embodied practices to ground and strengthen presence.

  • Work solo, in small groups, and all together to connect with self, others, and place.

  • Begin the year connected to the taproot of your soul.

  • Identify ways to embody relational and communal care.
