Weekly Wellness Series - All are welcome to drop in as you can (virtual)


Personal well-being is interconnected with communal well-being. This requires commitment and care, especially in these times. WholeHeart is standing with you by supporting wellness practices at home and in community.

We welcome you into our weekly wellness series.

Personal Wellness:

Each Monday, you will receive a Monday message to support you in tending to the many aspects of wellbeing, inspired by WholeHeart’s Wellness Model. With a photo, a poem or song and a few prompts, we invite you to take your wellbeing seriously. How you show up for yourself impacts the energy you bring to the world. Take time to reflect, connect and align your heart with your daily doings - on Monday and throughtout the week. Wellness is a practice.

Communal Wellness:

Join with a community of practice each Thursday for a one-hour drop-in call to infuse attentive care into your week. Together, we will take time to pause for personal and communal wellness. ‘The format of the call includes arriving, reading the week’s offering, taking 5 minutes to reflect on what unfolds, sharing (optionally) with one or two others, and closing the hour with new learnings. Being in community reminds us that we are part of a whole and that others are also actively learning ways to live with integrity and care.

Come tune up your “wellness muscles”. with WholeHeart. Open, join, connect when you can, in your own way. What matters is that we practice and tend so we can bring generative energy to our inner and collective landscapes.
