Bringing together school leaders - both positional leaders and various kinds of teacher-leaders, we gather each summer to infuse courage & connection as a community of learners. Together we will explore principles, practices and approaches developed through the Center for Courage & Renewal for building the adult community in your schools. Participants will also be able to share Courage-related practices they already use in their leadership work. Throughout our time, together and alone, we will engage in reflection and journaling, silence and solitude, as well as large and small group conversations.
