Leading lives personally and in community involves a lot of doing. Gift yourself a day of being and community. Using a workshop model initiated by the Berrett-Koehler Foundation, Leadership Exchanges bring together intergenerational leaders from a variety of fields and backgrounds for a day-long think-tank in which to exchange ideas, inspiration, and practical means for addressing today's most critical concerns.

Our third Intergenerational Leadership Exchange will focus on landscape that shapes and informs our actions and imaginations.  Stemming from love of place, we will find ground in the rich and historied landscape of the Green Mountain Monastery. Come explore pathways on the land to reinspire your leadership in the company of others and in the richness of autumn.   Take time to join others across the generations to explore new edges in leadership.
